At FunnyFuzzy, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, free of pet hair and odors, and securely packed in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
